Standford Properties was established in 1991 and we have been involved in numerous developments over the last 19 years. Our aim is to work either as asset managers or equity partners.

We have a successful track record in getting planning consents and building award winning projects. Some of those projects are shown here and confirm the versatility of our business.

Since 1994, we have been involved in managing up to £500 million of assets with Azier Limited, an associated company. We buy, add value and then sell the assets.

In the last two decades our business has grown from delivering projects with gross development values of £5 million to £50 million. From 2010 to 2020 we are aiming to increase this range from £5 million to £250 million. We are looking forward to working with wealthy individuals and private equity firms.
